FAQ

Your car service questions answered

When is my car due a service?

Where your vehicle tows heavy loads frequently, you may need more regular servicing due to the potential strain that this may place on the engine.

Failing to have your Lexus serviced regularly can endanger your vehicle warranty. If, for example, your vehicle develops a major problem during the warranty period and there is no evidence that your vehicle has been serviced as recommended, subsequent repairs may not be covered by your warranty.

Irregular servicing can also lead to reduced fuel efficiency, increased air pollution, and potentially damage the resale value of your vehicle.

Adhering to recommended service schedules also ensures your brake system, tyres, driveline and steering components are inspected regularly for correct operation and wear. So failing to have your vehicle regularly serviced can be putting your safety at risk and that of your passengers too.
